I got myself a Star Wars thermos from Paladone, and let me tell ya, it’s a fantastic piece! Super easy to clean, and I can brew a coffee at 6:50 in the morning, and it’s still steaming hot by 3:45 in the afternoon.

I've attempted to reach out by phone a couple of times, but all I can do is leave a voicemail. I've also sent two emails, and guess what? No replies. The customer service here is pretty terrible, if it even exists! My daughter received a Harry Potter birthday present that's defective and seems to have a design flaw.

I bought a Harry Potter puzzle, but it arrived without a piece. I was hoping to frame it as a gift since the puzzle seems to be of good quality. I've reached out to customer service three times and still haven't heard back. I can't recommend this company to anyone due to their poor communication. If it was feasible, I would’ve appreciated at least a reply. I sent my email about a month ago.

This item left my fridge all scratched up, and I spent ages trying to sort out a repair. At first, paladone was not much help, but after I got in touch with the managing director, things changed a bit. I finally got £47 towards a nearly £300 repair, plus a couple of small items like a cup and a keyring. But when it came to wrapping things up, we just couldn't see eye to eye. I suggested they send me a Spiderman light as a final offer since it was clear they weren't going to help with the repair directly or give me more than that £47. Honestly, I'm really let down and will think twice before buying anything from paladone again.

Still waiting on a response from paladone. My emails have been totally ignored, and my fridge is still in bad shape.

No reply yet, and I doubt I’ll ever hear back. They’ve completely brushed me off and haven’t responded to my follow-ups. This has been a terrible experience, and I’m steering clear of paladone products from now on.

These products are just plain awful. Before I even got a chance to use the multi-tool, it fell apart. When I attempted to pull out the screwdriver, the whole hinge just gave way. It barely lasted a minute after I opened the package. Seriously, the quality is shockingly poor.

I'm really let down! I purchased a reading lamp for my significant other, but it's super flimsy and doesn't work at all! It claims to come with batteries, but I can't locate any, and the so-called 'instructions' that indicate where the battery compartment is just say to disassemble the lamp without actually explaining how to do that.

I sliced my finger before grabbing the mug from the box, it just shattered in my grip and cut me up, it was meant to be a cup for a kid, thanks a lot for these kinds of products, I definitely do not suggest them!

The process for ordering and communication was solid, but I’m a bit let down by the requirement to purchase in packs of 6 and 12 for certain items. As a small store owner, I prefer not to keep such a heavy stock.

These folks have A+ inventory, and the team is super helpful. If you're on the hunt for something unique for your stock, you don't need to search anymore.
